This combined roof-mount antenna has an active GPS part integrated in the base for fleet management systems, navigation and telematics applications in association with ORBCOMM satellite communication.
Designed for optimal performance, the QHEB’s unique shape routinely allows it to communicate with ORBCOMM satellites even within a few degrees of the horizon.
Our latest Orbcomm offering is the latest addition to our suite of roof- and side-mount antenna form factors that have been rigorously tested in Q3/Q4 2006 to provide application developers with higher performance with the Orbcomm satellite network. The design is such that as standard there is a VHF, GPS GSM (quadband) antenna with the option of 2 additional 2.4GHz radiators (typically WLAN and Zigbee).
